New Rent Protect schemes launched in the wake of the Renters' Rights Act

In the wake of the Renters' Rights Act becoming law, we are excited to announce further growth in our private rental sector landlord business with new schemes for Rent Protect, our rent guarantee and legal expenses product for Landlords.

We have partnered with @Insurance-Desk on a dedicated rent guarantee insurance product for Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO).

We’ve also launched a rent guarantee scheme with independent broker @Callaway & Sons part of the Broker Investment Group.

With the implementation of the Renters' Rights Act and its significant changes for the private rental sector on the horizon, protecting a landlord's property and their investment needs to be paramount.
