Addept Insurance appoints Woods as Head of Claims Operations

Lauren Woods, the new Head of Claims Operations at Addept Insurance

6 January 2026: Addept Insurance Services (Addept Insurance) the legal expenses and ancillary insurance provider, has today announced the appointment of Lauren Woods as Head of Claims Operations.

Lauren will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the claims functions across the firm’s diverse portfolio of niche legal expenses and ancillary insurance products, leading claims innovation initiatives and strengthening supplier performance and panel management frameworks. Lauren joins from Arc Legal Group where she was Head of Home Emergency and was previously with motor breakdown provider, Call Assist.
