Which companies are on our approved credit report and tenant referencing services list?

 

Credit reports can be obtained from any of the following companies listed in the table below. Please note that a number of the providers offer varying levels of reference and you should therefore ensure that the type of reference you choose, and the conclusion of that reference meets the requirements of your policy.

 

For a full/comprehensive/enhanced reference, the minimum requirement is a previous landlord reference, income check, CCJ check and Employers’ reference if appropriate.
