Accelerated growth drives Operations Director appointment

Jo Finan joins Team Addept

10 June 2025: Addept Insurance Services (Addept Insurance), the legal expenses and ancillary insurance provider, has today announced the appointment of Jo Finan as Operations Director.

Finan will be responsible for the claims and day-to-day operational functions of the business. This includes management oversight of Addept Insurance’s online claims portal for policyholders and driving the procurement and implementation of a dedicated back-office claims and contract management system due to be delivered in the third quarter of 2025. Finan has a decade’s claims, project and business management experience within the legal expenses and ancillary insurance market.

The appointment follows a period of accelerated business growth over the first half of 2025, including a raft of new schemes, the launch of the first of a suite of legal expenses products, new offices and an expanded operational team based in Colchester, Essex.
